group for users of CODA's DREAM accounting software.
The Register of Members is currently a paper-based publication which lists those members of the User Group who have agreed for their details to be included and is distributed accordingly. As well as contact details, it provides useful information such as the database deployed, external systems that are linked to DREAM, UDIs implemented, and so forth.
The growth in the number of sites listed is echoed in the number of copies of the Register that have to be prepared. Consequently we are investigating alternative solutions such as a CD-based searchable version of the Register, coupled with a way for Members to update their details on a web-based database.
