| We
sent out membership update questionnaires to all members at the end of
November 2009. We offered a 5% rebate off 2010's membership to any
organisation sending the form back by the 23rd December 2009. As at noon on
the 23rd, we had received 17 forms back, plus one 'very sorry but we're not
renewing' letter. That's not a bad response in itself, but considering the
bribery, it could have been better.
One form was faxed without its back page, which we can live with, but one
was sent back by post with only its back page completed. Sorry to that
member but since we don't know who you are, you won't be getting the 5%
discount!
We will post the consolidated feedback
here as we received more forms and analyse them.
