Reports (or KPRs) are brought to you because whilst CODA may well know that
Dream exhibits a particular problem or bug, you may still be suffering from it
because
either you are still
using an older version of Dream
or you are using the
version of Dream in which the problem
has been fixed, but you are using an older build.
