The second issue of The Journal was the last as an eight-page publication.

Apart from news items and frequently asked questions, the main topic was the second in the "Dream Machine" series. This time the topic was the processor and cache used in PCs. Obviously quickly dated as the fastest processor discussed was a 300-MHz Pentium II.

Another article in the issue compares performance benchmarks between the 16-bit DREAM v2.2 and the 32-bit DREAM v2.3.
