The User Group carries out two kinds of enhancement studies, pulling together ideas from existing DREAM users as how the package could be further refined. In the past, the results
of these studies have been held in the highest regard by SquareSum, helping to shape
product strategy, and it is expected CODA will continue to value this important customer feedback.

At least once a year the Group circulates a Call for Enhancements, inviting members to submit proposals. These are grouped into topics and passed to CODA for preliminary comment. The enhancement suggestions and any comments are then circulated to members together with a voting form. Each organisation can 'spend' a total of 100 votes, distributed as they wish. The votes on the returned forms are tabulated and a listing produced of the enhancements in order of the number of votes received. CODA then responds to this at the next User Group meeting.

Enhancement requests can also be submitted throughout the year and we will
shortly be posting a form that you may use.
These requests are logged and then passed directly to CODA so that development staff are aware of user input in any areas of the package they are working on. Unfulfilled enhancement requests are then included in the annual survey.

The other form of input is through think tank groups run as break-out sessions during a general meeting. Attendees are grouped according to industry type, albeit we try to split attendees from the same organisation. The outcome from each group is then presented to the open meeting and discussed with CODA. These sessions encourage peer interchange of ideas and help members to get to know each other.
